Bill - Port San Luis Harbor District 

Police Log:   Four men from Tulare escaped without injury when their GMC pickup was driven off the Harford Pier at Port San Luis at 2:50 a.m. Sunday.  The pickup’s driver apparently swerved left and drove over the pier’s railing and into San Luis Bay.  Though the men were not injured, the pier sustained significant damage, according to the CHP. The truck was recovered Sunday afternoon.  The driver, Chris Beck, 20, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and booked into County Jail.
